Susan has been a residential, commercial and private lender since 2000 working with hundreds of investors and brokers nationwide to fund millions in real estate transactions. As a correspondent lender, we help brokers all over the country originate and close commercial loans.

Susan released her first book, Mortgage Secrets for Real Estate Investors, in 2006 and regularly consults with real estate investors, brokers and developers nationwide to best determine the financing strategies and programs available to create wealth for her clients one loan at a time.

Susan graduated magna cum laude from Regis University with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society.
